Scoop supports four channels for reaching creators: Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and TikTok. All messages sent and received across these channels appear in a single Thread, so the full conversation history is always in one view no matter which channel was used.

You can switch channels at any point in a conversation. When you do, a note appears in the Thread indicating which channel the conversation was previously on.

Instagram and WhatsApp both have a 24-hour messaging window. Once you send a message, if the creator doesn't reply within 24 hours, you won't be able to send another message via Threads until they respond. The creator can reply at any time — there's no restriction on their end.

All members of your team have visibility into a creator's Thread, so anyone on your team can pick up or continue a conversation.
