Scoop is an influencer marketing platform built for consumer brands that want to run creator campaigns without the usual chaos. If you've ever tried to manage creator outreach in spreadsheets, chase responses across DMs and email, or wonder whether a creator actually posted what they promised, Scoop is built to fix all of that.
You run your entire creator program inside one tool, from finding the right people through paying them after the content goes live.
What problems does Scoop solve?
Creator marketing is full of friction. Most brands run into the same issues:
Discovery is slow. Finding creators whose audience and style actually match your brand takes hours of manual searching.
Outreach doesn't scale. Personalising messages to dozens of creators across platforms drains your team.
Negotiations get messy. Deal terms live in email threads, DMs, and notes apps, and nothing is consolidated.
Deliverables slip through the cracks. You lose track of what each creator owes you and when.
Verification is manual. Did they actually publish the content? Did they tag you? Did they keep the post up?
Payment is its own headache, especially when you're paying creators in different countries with different terms.
Scoop pulls all of this into one workspace so your team can focus on strategy instead of logistics.
How the end-to-end journey works
When you run a project on Scoop, the high-level flow looks like this:
Discover. Use AI Discovery to find creators by prompt and filters, upload your own list, or invite creators to apply through a public link.
Reach out. Send personalised email or Instagram DM outreach in bulk, written in your brand voice.
Negotiate. Trade offers, counter-offers, and messages inside Scoop so the deal terms are always one place.
Approve drafts. Review draft content before it goes live, request edits, and approve when you're happy.
Verify publishing. Scoop checks that posts actually went live, that they were tagged correctly, and that they stay up for the agreed period.
Pay. Release payment automatically based on the milestones you defined in the deal.
You can see and act on every step from your project dashboard.
What platforms does Scoop support?
Today you can run campaigns on:
Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
TikTok (short-form video)
You can run a single project across both platforms, or split creators by platform inside the same campaign.
Cash deals and barter deals
Scoop supports two ways to compensate creators:
Cash deals. Pay creators a fixed fee, split however you've agreed (for example, half on draft approval and half on publish).
Barter deals. Send creators free product in exchange for content. If you use Shopify, Scoop creates the order in your store automatically when the deal is signed.
You can mix and match within the same project, so part of your roster is paid and part receives product.
Who is Scoop built for?
Scoop is designed for marketing teams at consumer brands, especially direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands that send out hundreds of creator collaborations a year. If creator marketing is a real channel for you (or you want it to be), Scoop is built to make your team move faster without losing quality.
