Which platforms does Scoop support?

Written by Abid

Scoop is built to help brands and creators collaborate end-to-end — from finding the right people to verifying the published post. Here's where we currently work, what's coming next, and what we don't support yet.

Social platforms we support today

For the full workflow — creator discovery, outreach, deal management, draft review, publishing, and verification — Scoop supports:

  • Instagram — feed posts, Reels, and Stories. Verification uses Instagram's collaborator feature so brands can see your post on their own profile automatically.

  • TikTok — videos posted to the For You feed and your profile. Verification is based on the brand handle in the caption and the post URL you share on the deal page.

Both platforms support automatic engagement reporting once a creator connects their account, so brands can see how content is performing without asking creators for screenshots.

Account requirements

To make the most of Scoop:

  • Instagram accounts should be Creator or Business type. Personal accounts can't be connected for verification or insights.

  • TikTok accounts work through TikTok for Business authorization. Most creator and personal accounts can connect successfully.

If you're not on the right account type, switching takes about a minute in the platform's app settings.

Coming soon: YouTube

YouTube is on our roadmap. We know a lot of creators publish there and many brands want video-first campaigns that go beyond Reels and TikTok.

We're not committing to a launch date yet — we'd rather get it right than rush. If YouTube is important to your workflow, mention it to your account contact or start a chat with our team so we can keep you posted as it ships.

E-commerce integrations

For product-based deals — barter deals, affiliate offers, and seeded products — Scoop integrates with Shopify. Brands can connect their Shopify store so:

  • Discount codes can be generated and delivered to creators directly through the deal

  • Product fulfillment can be tracked alongside the deal status

  • Affiliate revenue can be attributed to the right creator

If you're using a different e-commerce platform, talk to our team about your setup — many use cases work even without a direct integration.

Outreach channels

When you invite creators, you can reach them via:

  • Email — the most common channel, especially for cash deals or larger budgets

  • Instagram DMs — handy for warm outreach when the creator already knows your brand

Both channels deliver a link to the deal page, where the creator can review and respond. You can also share a Public Invite Link anywhere — Discord, your newsletter, a website — for creators to apply to your campaign themselves.

What's being added

A few capabilities we're actively working on:

  • Stories link tracking — measuring traffic and conversions from creator Stories

  • Reels link tracking — connecting Reels content to product pages or landing URLs

  • Expanded creator insights and audience analytics

What we don't support yet

To set expectations clearly, Scoop doesn't currently support:

  • YouTube campaigns end-to-end (in progress, see above)

  • Twitter/X and LinkedIn as primary platforms — they're not part of our supported workflow

  • Snapchat — not on the current roadmap

  • Twitch — not on the current roadmap

If your campaign relies on any of these as a main channel, talk to our team first. We'll be upfront about what we can and can't help with.
