How long does it take to set up a campaign?

Written by Abid

Most brands have their first Project live within a day. The work is mostly upfront β€” writing your brief and choosing Creators β€” and once that is done, sending invitations takes a few clicks per Creator.

What the first day looks like

The bulk of setup is the thinking, not the clicking:

  • Write a clear brief that explains the campaign, the deliverables, and the vibe you are after

  • Decide on Deal terms β€” cash, free product, Coupon-based, or a mix

  • Browse AI Discovery or upload Creators you already have in mind

  • Save the strongest candidates into Folders inside your Project

Once your shortlist is ready, sending invitations is a few clicks per Creator. The first invitation goes out within minutes of building your list.

After launch

After invites go out, the timeline depends on the Creators. Responses usually start arriving within a few days. From there, the Deal moves through draft, brand approval, publishing, and verification β€” most Deals complete inside a couple of weeks.

If you are running a tighter window, let your account contact know up front. They can help you scope the brief and Creator list so you stay on schedule.
