Can I run multiple projects at once?

Written by Abid

Yes. Brands can run as many Projects in parallel as their plan allows. Each Project has its own Creator list, Deals, deliverables, and reporting, so you can keep them separate even when the same Creators appear across them.

How Projects stay separate

Every Project is its own workspace. You build a brief for it, save Creators into its Folders, send Deals from it, and pull reports against it. A Creator working on three of your Projects sees three different Deal Threads and three different sets of deliverables β€” nothing crosses over.

This is how most teams run their year: a Project for the spring launch, another for the always-on creator program, another for a one-off product seeding push. They all live side by side in your workspace, each with its own pace and team.

Keeping things organized

Use clear names so Projects are easy to find later. You can also apply Labels to group related Projects, and Folders inside a Project to organize Creators by status (shortlisted, invited, accepted) or by content theme. Larger teams often spin up a Project per campaign cycle to keep reporting clean.
