Likely cause
The Creator Portal does not use passwords. Instead, it relies on either the original invitation you received or a one-time email code. If you are entering an email address that does not match the one the brand used to invite you, or if you are searching in the wrong inbox folder, the system has nothing to send you in.
How to fix it
Try these in order:
Use the link from your original invitation email or DM if you still have it. It logs you in directly.
If the link is gone, go to the Creator Portal login screen and request a one-time email code. Enter the same email address the brand used to invite you.
Check your spam and promotions folders β invitation emails sometimes land there.
Make sure your inbox is not auto-filtering or archiving messages from new senders.
If you have multiple email addresses, try the one most likely to be on the brand's invite list.
When to contact support
If you have tried the steps above and still cannot get in, message the brand and ask them to resend the invitation. If that does not work either, start a chat with Scoop support and include the email address you are trying to use and the brand name. We will look up your invite and get you connected.
