Brands sometimes get busy, especially during launches. A patient, single follow-up usually works β and if it does not, Scoop support can step in on your behalf.
Likely cause
Brand teams often run several campaigns at once and review responses in batches. A few business days of silence is normal. It is rarely personal β it usually means your message arrived during a busy week.
Other things that can delay a response:
Your message landed during a weekend or holiday
The person managing the campaign is out of office
The brand is still reviewing other Creator responses before deciding next steps
A notification got missed in their inbox
How to fix it
Take this step by step instead of sending multiple messages back to back:
Wait two to three business days after your first message. Most brands reply within that window.
If you still have not heard back, send one polite nudge in the Deal Thread. Keep it brief β a quick "just following up" is plenty.
Avoid sending several short messages in a row. One clear follow-up is more effective than five.
Give the brand another few days after your nudge.
When to contact support
If seven days or more have passed since your most recent message and the brand has not replied, contact Scoop support. Share the Deal name and a quick summary of when you messaged them. We will reach out to the brand on your behalf and try to unblock things.
