Do you support agencies?

Written by Abid

Yes. Many agencies use Scoop to run campaigns on behalf of their clients. You can manage multiple Brands from one login and keep their Projects, Creators, and reporting separate.

How agency setups work

Each client Brand lives as its own workspace inside Scoop, with its own Projects, Creators, Deals, and reporting. As an agency user, you can switch between Brands from a single login, so you are not juggling separate accounts or duplicate inboxes.

That separation matters because client work is sensitive: one client should never see another client's Creators, Deals, or numbers. Brand-level walls keep everything tidy by default.

What works well for agencies

A few things teams running multiple clients tend to lean on:

  • Naming conventions across Projects so reporting is easy to filter for each client

  • Folders and Labels to organize Creators by audience or content style β€” reusable across clients where appropriate

  • Per-Brand teammates, so a junior strategist on one account does not automatically see another

  • Exports so you can drop campaign performance straight into a client deck
